Dear Friends,
What a special and unique community Eagle is! With its tremendous growth and diverse populations of residents, there are many challenges to overcome as Eagle struggles through these growing pains. For three years now, The Landing Community Center has grown and evolved as we have worked to come along side of the families and individuals living in our community by providing support, resources, programs, and an outstretched hand to those who need it. Today we celebrate the fact that The Landing offers more services and programs and are reaching out to more people than ever before.
The “Give Where You Live” campaign came about with the realization that with serving more people comes the need for more support and funding. What a great problem to have! And while our goal of raising $295,000 is indeed a lofty one, we are confident that if any community has the capacity to pull together and accomplish something great and something beautiful such as this, it is the people of Eagle. Helping us in this endeavor is a dedicated group of volunteer ambassadors who have stepped up and sacrificed their own time, talent and treasures for The Landing Community Center. There is no greater fulfillment than to participate in protecting our youth, strengthening our families, and enriching the lives of our neighbors, our friends, and the stranger standing right next to us.
We look forward to this campaign with excitement and anticipation as everyone’s hands and hearts join together to accomplish our goal. By making sure that The Landing can continue to keep our doors open and lights on, we are protecting our community today and ensuring that tomorrow Eagle will still be a great place and a safe place to live, work, and play.

· Make a financial pledge to The Landing Community Center. If only 1,000 members in our community (that’s 1/24 of our population!) pledge to give $25 a month, we will meet our goal!
